Anandi Lal Lalpuria
Managing Partner
With a legacy spanning over 35 years, Anandi Lal Lalpuria laid the foundation of the firm with strong values and a clear vision. Originally from Jhunjhunu, he built the company into an AA Grade contracting firm recognized across Rajasthan for quality, integrity, and disciplined execution. Renowned for his ethical working style, he has successfully delivered numerous government construction projects, establishing a trusted name in the industry.
Mr. Shiv Kumar Lalpuria
Managing Partner
Mr. Shiv Kumar Lalpuria, a B.Sc. graduate, has been leading M/s Anandi Lal Lalpuria, an AA Grade Government Contractor firm, for over 20 years. He has successfully executed several government projects across Rajasthan. His notable works include bank buildings, VIT Bhawan, Shooting Range facilities, Ram Krishna Apartment, Dwarka Das Apartment, Utsav Apartment, RICL projects, and Shyam Auditorium in Kota. With a strong focus on quality and timely delivery, he is recognized as a reputed contractor in the government construction sector.
Mr. Gitansh Lalpuria
CEO – Operations
Mr. Gitansh Lalpuria holds a degree in Civil Engineering from BMS Institute of Technology and Management, followed by an MBA in Operations and Finance from ICFAI Business School Mumbai. With over three years of experience in government construction, he has been actively involved in strengthening and modernizing the firm’s operations. He is now spearheading the company’s expansion into the real estate sector, bringing a fresh, growth-oriented vision to the business. His core vision is to deliver affordable luxury — creating comfortable, high-quality living spaces with complete transparency and value for money — while elevating industry standards to the next level.
